Print-ready setup

Prepare sticker artwork that prints clean and cuts correctly.

Use this guide before sending artwork for die-cut stickers, clear stickers, holographic stickers, QR stickers, packaging stickers, and sticker sheets.

Artwork checklist

  • Use vector files when available: AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF.
  • For raster artwork, use high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF exports.
  • Keep important text and logos away from the cut edge.
  • Use a clear cut line for die-cut, kiss-cut, and custom shape stickers.
  • Avoid tiny text on small stickers unless it has been checked at final size.
  • For QR stickers, test the QR code before sending the file.
  • For clear stickers, decide which areas should print and which should stay transparent.

Die-cut and kiss-cut

Show the intended outside shape. If the artwork has a white border, include it in the proof direction.

Clear stickers

Mark transparent areas clearly. White ink behavior should be confirmed during proofing.

QR stickers

Keep the QR code large enough to scan and test it from the exact file you send.
