Downloadable templates should only be published when real AI, PDF, SVG, or EPS files exist. Until then, this page explains the setup rules designers should follow before sending artwork.
Accepted file direction
Vector files are preferred, but high-resolution raster artwork can work when the design is clean at final size.
- AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF preferred
- High-resolution PNG/JPG accepted when clear
- Canva exports should be high-quality PDF or PNG
